Adrian & Dan founded Elephants don’t forget following two decades of Senior Executive roles in large, international companies. Neither are learning specialists nor psychologists but both recognised that rarely did a training intervention deliver the promised results and, more often than not, were frustrated by obvious gaps in employee knowledge that led to complaints, sub-optimal employee performance and a host of other value destroying outcomes. “If only employees could learn what we trained them!” said Adrian - and the rest, as they say, is history.
In addition, we have our developers based in the UK and our customer service team, pre-sales and service centre in the heart of Dublin. Keeping us on the straight and narrow, from a learning and psychology perspective, is our friend and consulting Professor, Patricia Riddell.
