Learning & Development
With Brexit just round the corner we, as the UK need to stand alone and thrive and we will only do so if we attract, train and retain the best workforce. Learning and development will play an ever more important role if we are to achieve this, along with guaranteed knowledge retention.
We could resign ourselves to importing all our skilled labour or, more realistically if we want to thrive we can invest in the learning and development of our existing and future workforce and develop a coherent learning and development strategy. A much more realistic, sensible and ultimately economically sound route we feel.
Learning & Development is a critical component to the long-term success of UK Plc. Is it in a fit state to deliver and does business really value the contribution L&D make?
