In return for a minimum commitment of annual revenue, we provide your organisation with preferential license pricing. The higher the annual revenue commitment, the lower the unit rate per license. At any point in the contract year you can increase your minimum commitment to access lower cost licenses but you cannot reduce your minimum commitment.
You are at liberty to set your own pricing and can choose to bundle Nelly as a key component of your client offer, branded seamlessly in your brand, or sell as an add-on. You do not have to bundle Nelly with every sale you make but you are contractually bound to the minimum annual revenue commitment.
