Elephants don’t forget have teamed up with Money Advice Trust to produce an expert Q-Set on Vulnerable Customers to offer to our clients as we recognise the importance of this subject.
The Money Advice Trust is a national charity helping people across the UK to tackle their debts and manage their money with confidence. The Trust work with creditors and other organisations to help them identify and support their customers in vulnerable circumstances.
The Trust’s experts have authored 79 questions based on their highly respected 21 step plan for identifying and supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances. Included within these 79 questions is a critical component or ‘baseline’ 25 questions.
We recommend that as a minimum, any organisation should run the ‘baseline 25’ questions and choose which of the remaining questions are appropriate to the various job families within your organisation. The benefit of deploying the minimum 25 baseline questions is that should you choose to we can provide invaluable, anonymous benchmarking information across a growing population of organisations throughout different sectors. This element is entirely optional, for more information about Vulnerable Customer benchmarking please contact your account manager.
Elephants don’t forget have agreed to market this to existing and new clients. The cost of the Q-Set is £1000, every penny of which we remit to Money Advice Trust. So, by purchasing this Q-set you are not only accessing the market leading content on Vulnerable Customers, you are directly contributing to a hugely useful public resource and service. Plus, it provides a unique opportunity to confidentially benchmark the performance of your organisation in this area.
Finally, should the Q-Set indicate that some or more of your employees have a training requirement in this area, the Trust will provide 10% off the standard costs of their vulnerability training.
If you would like to purchase this Q-Set please notify your Account Manager so they can help you get the most from your purchase or email email@example.com
